There is a constant alert for one movie that it is generating the Thumbnails. I am not sure if this is causing any negative impact to my server, but I would like that activity to go away.
If you’re sure about that, then set Settings → Library → Generate chapter thumbnails to Never
Thanks for the information. I would like to keep that feature enabled if possible. I will toggle it off and see if somehow it will autocorrect itself. Is there a DB that I can exclude that one movie that gets hung?
Move the file out of your library, wait until Plex detects and remove it, then empty the trash.
After that, settings, troubleshooting, clear bundles.
Then move the movie back into the library
And share logs if it gets stuck again. 
I followed what you suggested and did two movies in the process. The outcome appears to be the same for the same movie. I can rip the movie again if I need to, but it would be nice to know what caused this issue.Plex Media Server Logs_2021-05-08_00-35-57.zip (5.4 MB)

Found this 2 year old post on Reddit. Appears to be working so far. Btw, ‘clean bundles’ is in the troubleshooting section now too if needed.
Thanks for a follow up. I ended up ripping the problematic files again after cleaning bundles. The clean didn’t work initially, but with the new rip the issue went away.
