Hi all… i really need help with this topic. If i connect to my plex server using http i can see chapter thumbnails for every content, but when i use my android phone or my android tv all the chapter thumbnails are empty. I’ve tried everything i could, I removed the library and reimported it, i reset the scheduled task every hour, I even started over the server from scratch with no result.
I have som Plex Media Scanner Chapter Thumbnails.log, if I read the logs I can find the generated chapter thumbs for a few files, but even those show no chapter thumb on either my tv or my phone. Any suggestion? Thank you
