Problem with chapter thumbnails on Android and Android-TV

Hello,

On my both android devices (OnePlus 6 & Shield Pro 2019), no chapters thumbnails are visible (for all movies):

Seems not to be a server problem as Plex HTPC show them properly:

I clear cache and reinstall plex player, but nothing change.

Is it a bug ?

Server Version#: 1.23.6.4881
Player Version#: 8.21.0.26962

Seems localized to the android plex player. I have this issue on my android tablet too.
