Chapters from splitted apart movies

Hi. When added movies to library, Plex Media Server merged movies that should not be merged. They are in separate folders, and I made use of split apart , what really separated te movies, but the Chapters from the ‘Movie 01’ is shown (and used) in ‘Movie 02’ (names are examples, but both movies have the number order in the Name metadata and in folders/filenames.

Already checked and chapters in ‘Movie 02’ are ok, and are completely different from ‘Movie 01’, but plex continues to show chapters from ‘Movie 01’ in ‘Movie 02’ as ignoring the chapters actually existing on this movie…

Plex Documentation → Your Media → Naming & Organizing Your Movie Files

Follow Plex naming and organization guidelines. This will help Plex correctly identify the movies and not combine them. Adding the IMDB or TMDB ID to the folder and file name will also help.

Example: /Movies/Movie_Name (year) {imdb-xxxxx}/Movie_Name (year) {imdb-xxxxx}.ext

Plex Dance the movies, returning them to the system one at a time. This removes prior information from the Plex database, making it as if you are adding the movies for the first time.
