I downloaded Plex Dash this morning and the the first thing I found strange was that Parks and Rec was the most played TV show this month. Then I remembered that I added two missing seasons last week and marked them as played (as I do for anything I add from the distant past, and/or have already seen a million times). You should probably pull the data from a different source/in a different way, so it only factors in videos that were actually played/streamed.

Unfortunately that’s the way the server processes mark as played; there’s an internal issue open around changing that.
Gotcha. Thanks for the response. Wondering how Tautulli gets around that? The addition of multiple files/marking them all as played doesn’t effect the play counts.
Tautulli records the session while it’s happening. If you mark it as played, there is no session just a tick on viewCount in Plex.
