Checking Connection speed to <server> on Samsung and PS5, but not android

Hello, for about a month I have been unable to use Plex on my PS5 or multiple Samsung TV’s. when attempting to watch media, I will get a buffering circle and a “checking connection speed to server” pop up. Nothing will appear on my dashboard when attempting to play media.

I have tried disabling quality suggestions as some have reccomended, but the stream (at every quality setting, even when manually selecting 4k) gets downgraded to either 480p or 720p, subtitles are also burnt in too.

This issue however, does not at all occur on my Google TV Chromecast or Android phone. This tells me it doesn’t appear to be an issue on my network, but rather something to do with software 5.74.0, and not 10.6.0

before this, my Plex could play perfectly fine on any device with no issues. Hopefully someone can be of assistance. Thanks!
