Samsung TV checking speed

Hi my Samsung Tv cant play my media anymore for some reason.

I select what I want to watch and it starts to try and open it but then I get a notification in the top right corner saying “checking connection speed to (name-serve)“ and never actually loads the media, just keeps buffering.

I do have it connected to a TP Link power line extender and it use to work no problem.
I have also tried using just the TV WiFi and got the same result.

The TV is a Samsung Model:QE32Q50AEU

RESOLVED: It seams that uninstalling the plex app on the TV and reinstalling it worked for me on the second go.
