Today when I have added movies to my Plex libraries and in the Poster category try to “choose an image” to upload, Windows opens up a window to select an image file, but it won’t upload the file and the window will not close. All you can do is close the Plex app. This is extremely frustrating and it has never happened before on my PC so I think the problem is with the current Plex app I’m using. Version 1.42.1.2926-415b0e14
I am having this exact same issue. Just noticed it starting yesterday but haven’t tried to change a Poster file image in the past 10 days or so. It basically locks up the screen and I have to use Task Manager to end the task on plex.exe. I have never had this happen before. My app actually just updated a few minutes ago. So, now I am on Version 1.43.2.2949-1048d686. But it is still not working. I am using a Dell laptop with Windows 11.
