In addition to choosing an image from a URL, offer an option called “Select Frame”. This option would pop up a movie viewer window that permitted navigation, and returned the JPG file URL. The JPG file would be the frame at the point the movie viewer returned an Ok response, saved as a JPG in a prespecified folder.
