I have only one server, still plex insists i have two, the big problem is that my tv-seasons are missing episodes, but when i choose the other identical server the missing episodes reappear

I have used the same system, but have copied the install directory from an (E:) ssd to the ssd containing the windows installation
Are you saying that you moved the server data to a completely different machine?
Or did you just move it from one hard drive to a different hard drive, within the same machine?
Second option, i moved the data between harddrives within the machine
I installed plex on my windows drive, but changed it (using regedit also) to another ssd within the machine
But after a while i saw that i didnt need a seperate ssd to store plex data, and moved everything back
Could you show a larger portion of the screen? I am unsure at which step this kind of selection dialogue is even appearing.

- check the plex media info of that episode, whether it has several files instead of just one assigned to it.
- if this library has been converted to the new metadata agent, perform Refresh Metadata for the whole library and don’t interrupt it.
