Choppy playback on Android TV device, on PC through web is ok

I have choppy playback (looks like 8-10 fps) on some TV series on my Android TV box, while the fullhd or 4k movies are played ok. The same TV series are played ok on my PC through web. Connectivity is ok (1Gbps for both, server is on local lan, hw encoding enabled). Here are properties of media I tried to play:
