Hi all - this is my first time posting so ill try to be as clear as I can be.
I recently bought ASUSTOR 5304T, with 2x 10tb drives. Took me a while but I got everything setup to run, or so I thought I did. I previously had everything running on my PC with 7 different drives so it was time for an upgrade.
The issue is playback remotely. everything local is fine (wired and wifi), however when playing movies/tv shows remotely the video can’t keep up. I read around that it may be transcoding issues, however my server is compatible with PMS, and i checked the speed in the Verbose logging and im getting 10-12 which means its not a transcoding issue (or so i think)
I cannot think of anything else as to why the media externally is getting choppy video, and extremly choppy, like the video will refresh every 2 mins to the new image.
Any help is appreciated.
