No issue with playback to PlexAmp App or through Web interface. Started less than a week ago after adding new songs to my library. No issue in the past with 24-bit songs but now even my old songs keep skipping and wont play smoothly.

I seem to have the same issue when casting 16bit or above FLAC to my Sennheiser soundbar. The audio starts skipping and weirdly looping. I also cannot manually skip to later in a song, the cursor always goes back to the beginning.
The problem is also present when casting music from the Chrome browser through the web player.
I tried to cast from VLC with the same audio file, it works as expected.
Sounds like a Google side issue.
