A friend who shares my Plex Server is experiencing playback issues with his Chromecast Built-In TV
When playing any file on my server (h264, mkv - direct play or transcode) he’ll experience a full pause after 2-10minutes. Fast forwarding/Rewinding at this point will allow the stream to continue- but with significant audio-lag that didn’t occur to begin with.
He is able to stream from his own local server - with the only difference being my server operates over https.
All other clients operate fine on his home network (Android, Web etc). So his network isn’t the issue.
Please advise what steps can be taken to fix this issue.
