Chromecast issues with Plex

Hey,

I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question, so please move this question if not in the right category.

I had the plex working great with my chromecast until last night , now I can’t cast anything, it is showing me a screen on my tv, that says something like "One more step, please complete the security check … " and it asks me to check a box on my tv, without any ability to do so.

I’ve attached a screen shot, the chromecast is working fine with other services like youtube or just a tab casting from the chrome. but for plex i get the same issue when trying to cast from my phone or from my browser.

Please let me know if you have any solution for me.

How are you casting? by that “error” it looks like you are casting the tab rather than the plex app,

Check my screenshot, For plex you want to select the top one for me it is “Media”. Not tab or desktop

I don’t get the same options as you do , but I still have the same issue with my plex application on my android device.
there I can’t be mistaken it should cast without any issues, while still I get the same error page.

Do a reset of your chromecast, you have come in a captcha security case with it.

didn’t help factory resting chromecast, I still get the same captcha security issue.
