Chromecast lots of freeze

hello, i have lots of issues but chromcast from my phone to chromecast ultra. It freeze almost every seconds.
If i look on my computer, so with same internet connexion (by wifi for computer and smartphone), it works very well with my computer.

What is the issue ? is it the chromecast ultra that can’t play some video files ? i don’t know how decoding works, is it chromcast that decode thend play or is it plex server that decode, then send a good video/audio infos for chromecast ? is it the chromecast that have a limited bandwith and my computer not ?
maybe i have to reencode files for being comptablie with chromecast ?

if you can help it would be nice.

I seem to be having the same issue in a regular chrome cast casting from an iPhone. Not as severe as the OP, but it’s random every 10-20 min. Have tried looking at the logs, can’t seem to see anything as the logs seem to hang just before the video does.

Strangely the issue seems to resolve (reset) with a seek back(10s)

EDIT: mine was a network stability issue
