Chromecast no longer working

I am running the latest Mac webplayer and latest iOS app. For several months the chromecast feature has not worked. This seemed to coincide with the new paywall.

I have signed now for the £1.99 a month service, thinking it was the paywall that was the issue. Seemingly it is still not working.

any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated
