New Windows 10 user here, long time plex server user - all my other devices and web channels seem to detect and pull up the chromecasts I have on the network fine, but the Windows 10 app doesn’t show anything under the players option area - since that looks like a cast icon, I assume it’s supposed to? Web client on the same machine in Chrome shows up the chromecasts just fine, so I don’t think it’s connectivity, unless there’s some firewall option that needs changed…

As much as we’d like to support Chromecast (I’m a heavy user myself), Google doesn’t seem to want to support this platform - at least until now -, and as such has not released a programming interface for the Windows platform.
Understandable, and somewhat disappointing. Fingers crossed there’s new APIs available after the rumored announcements Sept 29. Thanks for the time and the reply.
