Cinema Trailers and extra material are not working.

Cinema Trailers and extra material are not working. I have try in Plex Media Server, Roku and Android with no success.
What can be the problem.

I update to Plex Media Server 1.8.0 but I still can’t play online movie trailer and extra material.
