Cinema trailers failing with transcoder issue

Player Version#: Web Client 4.8.4

I’ve recently been having an issue with (pretty much all) cinema trailers failing with, “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error”, after hanging for some time.

I have the following cinema trailer settings enabled:

  • Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters
  • Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies on Blu-ray

Running Version 1.18.3.2129 on Freebsd
