I’m getting the “Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up.” when I try to play any of my movies. It worked good a week ago but now I cant get it to work.
Does anyone know what the problem is?
I can see that plex shows the wrong movie name when I try to start it, maybe that’s a clue to the problem?

It’s the trailer. It’s a known issue that they say will clear up but for now you might want to disable them in Extras from playing at the start of your videos until the trailer problem is entirely cleared up (you might try and refresh your library’s metadata in the meantime). You can tell it’s the trailer in this snapshot due to the timestamp (0:00/2:20).
