Cinema Trailers: Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters not playing

Hi there,
So I am trying to get cinema trailers to play before my movies. I have Movie Pre Roll video on and that plays but Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters does not play. Only trailers from my library plays when enabled. I have attached my log files and I am also a lifetime Plex Pass Subscriber.
Please advise.

I am on Plex Version 4.148.0.
