yes I do! but let me try it again! Instead of the Pre-Roll it shows a trailer… this is how i have it setup!

Darn. Could you please send me some PMS logs? They’re generally pretty good/verbose around trailers before a film.
Ah! I see the problem 
Your URL for a pre-roll needs to be on your PMS. Once it’s there, copy the URL in plex/web when looking at the pre-roll preplay, and paste in there.
