I am running PMS on FreeBSD (via FreeNAS). I recently setup a new remote user, and he has both a Roku and an Xbox One. The Roku works fine, however the Xbox One chokes on the preroll video every time, then refuses to play the actual movie. This happens even when he sets the number of Trailers to 0, which should disable the preroll entirely. When set to 1, the trailer will play fine, then it will choke on the preroll and fail to play the movie. The preroll video is nothing odd, just H.264/AAC inside of a .mp4 container, so it should be direct playable by the nearly any client out there.
I have attached the logs; I do see some errors in there from when he tried to play a movie. Apologies, Verbose logging was turned on for part of, but not all, of the logging duration.
