Hi everyone! I’m excited about the Pre Roll feature – made a custom one and set my clients to show one trailer. Works beautifully on the Web client, but fails on the XBOX ONE and Android clients. On the latter two, the trailer plays, the pre roll video plays but the movie fails. The Android client says “Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry.”
Update – trying another video and it seems to work. There is something about the video I’m trying to use that causes it to fail on the phone. Not resolved, but another piece of the puzzle.
