Claim Server

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639-fb6452ebf (docker on unraid)
Player Version#: latest

I am trying to claim my server and is not working (new i don`t have any other server so is practically a new one.). I followed every guide you guys recommend, I tried even reddit, google nothing resolved it. I even took extra steps to replace my router, server, multiple devices, windows, linux nothing worked. All of them are getting either:
“Not authorized
You do not have access to this server.”

Or is loading plex default page without any other errors and no servers. BUT all servers appears in “Authorized Devices”.

I am waiting any suggestions, seems like I am not the only one having this issue.
I am starting to think is maybe my account bugged or something I don`t know.

I need a solution please.

Try the User Credential Reset utility: GitHub - ChuckPa/UserCredentialReset: User Credential Reset utility for Plex

The only servers that should appear are the ones claimed by your account.

Remove any servers that no longer exist.

What I mean I tried multiple times, that`s why I had so many there, I remove them everytime. The problem is does not want to give me access to it for some reason. I will the guide right now. Give me few min.

What you recommended me is not working. It might be I believe because is a docker on unraid or I don`t know.

There should still be just one listing. If multiple servers appear at the same time, then something is misconfigured.

Suggest you pull and post the server log files (zip the Logs directory and post the zip file to the thread). Someone that is familiar with unraid and docker can assist.

So I removed all of them.
I tried unraid discord/forum first. Seems like they don`t know. All suggest to try what plex have for guide, but is not working. I even tried multiple device, my pc on windows I installed plex server and I get the same. I removed my pfsense router, still same. I tried VM, still the same.

Here are the logs.

Is that what you wanted?

Change your system to use a RFC-1918 private address.

Network 11.11.11.0/24 belongs to the US military: 11.11.11.0/24 IP range details - IPinfo.io

Why would return on the lan network instead of my public IP? Thats my LAN IP.
I am very confused, so I need to change my whole network infrastructure to be able to use plex??

@xSniper89

Are you in base housing?

Asking because what we see is MILNET / DNIC information.

No, I am in UK not even related with army.

If I mention “Reading Berkshire” does that ring a bell ?

No, :))

whispers ‘Virgin Media’

lol xD. However, coming back to my issue. What does it have to do my 11.11.11.0 IPs with plex?? Is local IP.

Plex requires RFC-1918 compliance for LAN segments.

Your HOME LAN (11.11.11.0/24) is masquerading as if it were US Military and blocking things from working.

That’s why you need a compliant LAN

RFC-1918 allows:

  • 192.168.x.x
  • 172.16.x.x → 172.31.x.x
  • 10.x.x.x

Maybe you intended to have 10.10.10.0 and got 11.11.11.0 ??
10.x.x.x is 100% fine and per the specs

Ooo… I understand what you mean now… shoot… give me a sec. i will redo now. Hope it will work… Otherwise I will k you both =)))

If you change everything to 10.x.x.x and restart everything so it’s ALL 10.x.x.x/24

It’ll work

:stuck_out_tongue:

LOL

I just change it now, I am waiting for server to reboot. By the way Chuck, are you using discord?
Much easier I believe.

Yes. We use Discord for the forums.
