Claimed and now can't do much

I just installed Plex Server on a Windows box and was configuring everything. Second time this has happened, but clicked to Claim the install. Went from a long sidebar in settings of things I could do, to what looks like a non admin screen.

This is the local 127.0.0.1 site and the plex website version same thing. What am I missing?

Side note, when I go to the home screen all my libraries are gone as well and just a basic setup

Note when I delete these keys from the registry they come back, but the server is unclaimed again:

  • PlexOnlineHome
  • PlexOnlineMail
  • PlexOnlineToken
  • PlexOnlineUsername

Do I need to “claim” the server?

If I claim the server and don’t refresh the browser, then click on one of the links that will disappear when the browser is refreshed I get
