Claimed, signed-out/in, still not showing as a media source

I have a lingering issue with Plex that I just can’t seem to solve around it randomly dropping all my libraries. I’ve been messing around with fresh containers to try and resolve it, which left me not able to claim my server. Rather, the docker-log says clearly “Server already claimed” and “fully accessible outside network”, but it won’t attach to app.plex.tv. I’ve cleared my devices list, re-claimed it, signed out/in, all to no avail. I’m at a loss here. Especially when it worked flawlessly for years and years. It even says Claimed on the “Settings > General” page (at my local 10.0.0.50 URL)
