Clean reinstall of Windows 10

Good Morning! I am a Lifetime Plex Pass.

I have installed the Plex Media Server program on Windows 10. The program is in the “C:\Program Files” directory and the data in “C:\Users\SVelloso\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server”.

I need to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10.

How do I keep all my PMS configuration so that I don’t lose any settings after installing Windows 10? Just copy my backup directory over the new “C:\Users\SVelloso\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server” directory? What are the necessary procedures?
