Clear old DVR cache/settings? (FIXED)

Before I cancelled my Plex pass DVR/Live TV worked perfectly fine. Just got Plex pass again, DVR is not finding my 2 WinTV-HVR-2250 tuners.

Before I had the tuners in the first 2 pci slots. If I move the tuners from the (current) last 2 pci slots back to the first 2 slots Plex finds my tuners and everything works.

How can I delete my old DVR/Live TV settings?? There’s obvious some kind of caching because I see in the logs Plex adds all the shows I had before to scheduling.

Things I’ve tried:
Deleted Plug-in Support/Caches
Optimize DB
Cleaned bundles
Deleted Trash
Deleted wal and shm files

I bought a HDHomeRun and had the same problems. Plex would fail to find my tuners or not complete the setup.

When I deleted the all the tv.plex.providers.epg.xmltv files in the Plug-in Support/Databases directory, every DVR I ever created showed up. I deleted the old DVR settings and all is working again.
