Hauppage Q955 Live TV DVR disappears after last update?

Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282
WTF?

I will give this a bump.

Cannot believe no one can help and I got in touch with Plex on social…OMG useless retards.

Any chance of server logs with debug enabled and then server restarted and see what shows up in DVR Settings

You could also try latest beta - see plex.tv/downloads and login with your plex.tv account

The logs show that a DVR was discovered
The pid and vid numbers indicate it should have showed up on the DVR Settings page as available - WinTV-HVR-955Q

What did the Server DVR Settings page show then ? The DVR discovery was at 12:31 on April 20th

Apr 20, 2021 12:31:03.690 [26148] DEBUG - Grabber: Found 2 scanners.
Apr 20, 2021 12:31:03.691 [26148] DEBUG - DVR:Device: Device was alive, refreshed device://tv.plex.grabbers.tunerservice/dvb%23bda%23usb%23vid_2040%26pid_b123%26mi_01%236%26390a3b27%260%260001%23.

You should be able to either Delete the DVR and recreate it or if not showing as selected, then click “SET UP PLEX DVR” on the Live TV & DVR server settings page

That does nothing to help, but this, posted elsewhere in this forum, works:

Thanks for that feedback. I still do not know what the DVR Settings screen looked like when the logs were captured

So only 3 files you deleted were the tv.plex.providers.epg.cloud,xxxxxxxxxxx db files?

It indicated there was no tuner and I had to set one up. When attempting to set up a new tuner it would never find it until I followed the instructions to delete the files in the appdata section.

I cannot see this in the logs. The logs covered period Apr 20, 2021 02:15:38 to Apr 20, 2021 12:34:24 - at what time did you click the SETUP DVR button?

Next time this happens - when you unable to set it up - could you put these requests in a browser and copy out the responses and save into text files

http://127.0.0.1:32400/media/grabbers/devices/discover?X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxx

and

http://127.0.0.1:32400/livetv/dvrs?X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

You will need to add a server security token to each request - you can copy the value from the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server\PlexOnlineToken

Please provide those responses with debug logs and screenshot - if the issue comes back
