I’ve seen this happen fairly often. I have “Spring Loading” enabled and have clicked by accident on the menu items instead of waiting for them to load. Fairly often this is the type of result:

Also when first entering the app it takes a long time for Home to load or even going back to Home after exiting a library. This app has so many issues it’s unreal.
