Bug in new Roku app update

So I found a bug. if you enter an empty media library from the libraries button at the top, the UI becomes unresponsive and you can’t get out of the library. I have to hit the home buttom and re-enter the app, which returns me to the plex home screen. I have recreated this bug with multiple empty libraries, with multiple attempts. This is on a Streaming Stick 4K with the latest version of Roku OS (no betas).

How’d this get through your QA? Pretty basic imo.

Nice find, but why do you have empty libraries?

why not? I don’t always have content for that specific library, so they can be empty. thats all. either way, the bug still exists in 8.6.5

While I too am mildly curious about the empty media library, that is a solid find and thank you for reporting the bug. We’re looking into it!

I don’t use much 4K content and often delete it after I’m done, as it takes up a lot of space, and I delete sporting events after I watch them, so things like that.
