Clicking the download option doesn't do anything

If I select a movie I’m wanting to download, and have the white ‘download’ option, I click on it, and nothing happens.
I’ve verified that I selected the downloads to go to my SDcard, and that there’s plenty of storage available to use for the download.

It just doesn’t give any indication that a download has been requested. Also nothing shows up in the download option of the the player

Looks like you upgraded from a fairly old version of the Plex app. It’s possible something didn’t upgrade properly. Can you try reinstalling the app and see if that helps? If not, get me a new log.
