Plex Media Server Logs_2019-10-05_11-50-39.zip (1.5 MB) My Plex clients (PS4,firestick,pc) for some reason cant access the Plex server. They were working fine before. Some of my movies will not play on the server, I get the “Conversion failed,codec missing” message. Any help is appreciated" Log attached.
It cannot talk with Plex.tv to download the codecs.

Network communication problem somewhere. Perhaps give the network and system a restart and try again?
I stop and started the Plex server from the command line. I then unplugged my modem and wireless router. After plugging the modem and wireless router back in, everything seems to be working. Thanks!

You are having a pretty major connection problem getting to Plex.tv for the codecs and the prerequisite certificate for HTTPS.
how do I fix this?
Look at how your DNS is resolving.
Some ISPs are bad / slow.
Internet (from your server to Plex.tv and back) is not good.

PMS asks plex.tv for it’s Public IP address.
Plex.tv will return it instantly.
Problem here is that it didn’t come back after 20 seconds.
This might be your LAN and might be your ISP.
Unfortunately, without being on site, there’s nothing we can do to help.
