Cloud Library Access

I have the majority of my collection sync'd to the cloud from a remote server and was hoping I could access this with the new Plex Xbox One application which I have been eagerly waiting on. But I cannot access the cloud server, When I sign into my account I see the cloud server version is 0.9.7.3 and I am assuming this is why I cannot see the cloud server, is there anyway I can update this or is this something Plex would need to do. If so are there plans to do this? Thanks in advance

Hi Ribzy I have no solutions at the moment I guess this needs to be an update to the application, I created a post in the feature request forum to see if we can get it added.

I have the same issue, extremely frustrating. Guess this is coz the app is still in 'beta' mode

Currently the XB1 app does not support Cloud Sync servers. Our Cloud Servers don't yet have the capabilities required to be used in the XB1 app.

We don't comment on timelines or releases - but we are aware of the issue in newer, discovery based, clients.

Can you tell us which other clients are "discovery based" that are affected this way also?

So 'discovery based' is any of our new apps that have hubs, rather than a straight to library, view. So the console apps, the smart TV apps, and the new Roku preview.

We're aware it's an issue, and looking at good ways around it.
