Xbox won't connect to Plex Server

My server is version 0.9.11.7 but my Xbox one won't connect to it saying it must be above 0.9.10.5 which it is. 

Any ideas?

Live has been having a lot of problems the last couple of weeks and especially since Christmas. works, doesn't work, works, doesn't work, etc

Try closing and re-launching the app. If I have problems connecting, usually this will solve it unless XBL is having issues, then it may still not work.

Also be sure you can access it via: https://plex.tv/web If you can't access via the website, then it will be impossible for your Xbox One to access it. You have some other connection issues going on to cause it then...

I wasn’t logged in on the connect tab - that’s prob the issue for some new users who might not realize how to fully setup the server.

Same problem here.  Plex.tv can see the server just fine.

Same problem here!

Plex server see the xbox One, but the One doesn't find the server.

But if I use the media software included on the One, I can see the Plex server.

Any fix please!!?!?!

Hi,

i had the same issue, my server is a synology with the latest software update from the app store. But this doesn't work with the Xbox One

But if you go to https://plex.tv/downloads and find your server and download from there using a PC or Mac. Uninstall Plex from your server and run the downloaded file it will be the correct and latest version.
