Reading the forums cloud sync is no longer functioning with AWS. I have tried reauthorizing my account, deleting the files and starting again. I am running 1.2.7.2987 / Windows 10 64 / Dual CPU E5-2680 / 16 GB of mem / 23 Mbps up , 287 Mbps down.
Is this working for anyone?
what logs do I need (not sure which one of the log files is the one that will help)
Is there a step by step guide that can help me walk through the troubleshooting process
Is there a version that worked - Don’t have problem going back and recreating my database…
Any advice - for some reason, my friends are having issues with playback from my server, and the cloud sync playback works, (once it is up there)

It doesn’t work - full stop. No further info is needed. It doesn’t work for anyone and hasn’t in quite some time. It’s a completely broken ‘feature’. Plex’s response is that they are waiting on Amazon to fix the situation but that doesn’t look to happen anytime soon, or probably ever.
What? I bought Plex pass just for this feature just a few hours back. Why Plex is advertising a feature which doesn’t work.? Is there a way to get my refund?
Hi @bubbararyjr@hotmail.com - it’s been a rough past 2 months since Plex stopped uploading to Amazon Cloud Drive.
I recommend reading these other posts as they at least highlight a way to get it working 10% of the time. I know…not too promising. It involves downgrading your PMS to 1.4.4 or earlier and using immense patience to wait for things to sync.
Becoming a bit irked by the lack of communication from Plex on this issue. I imagine this also affects their Plex Cloud beta…
