Collection of favorite episodes from many different shows

I have a large collection of Christmas episodes from many different TV shows. How best to add these to a library so that Plex can identify the episodes?

The episodes are in directories with this naming pattern (the video file in the directory has the same name):

The Jack Benny Program - Christmas Gift Exchange (1958) IMDB=8.7 S09E08

Have you considered adding the X-Mas themed episodes to a collection?
To be sure… this will be a manual activity, but it should do the trick.

PS: you might want to rethink your naming schema – you might get lucky and it’s working, but there’s no guarantee it’ll keep working.
Names should be like this:

tv shows  <- your tv-show library points to this directory
  The Jack Benny Program (1950)
    Season 09
      The Jack Benny Program (1950) - s09e08 - Christmas Gift Exchange [IMD=8.7].ext

Thanks! I will try the collections, there are too many to rename… though I may be able to write a Python script.
