Collection poster not deleting after removing media content from the collection

Currently using the latest “Plex Movie” scanner and agent.

I have set Plex to automatically create a collection for a minimum of 3 titles.
When I add three movies into the Plex library that is intended to belong together, Plex automatically picks that up and creates a collection containing those three titles. However, I decided to remove those three movies from the Plex library through Windows File Explorer and all three titles disappeared from the Plex library as normal. But that specific collection poster remained in the “COLLECTIONS” section containing no media content. Is this normal behaviour?
I performed a library scan which didn’t help resolve the problem. I ended up deleting the collection manually.

I performed the same test again but deleting only one movie, and the collection remained present containing two movies. But the collection containing the 2 movies is under the test limit of 3 titles that I set previously therefore, the collection shouldn’t exist anymore.

Yes. To preserve the collection for the case you may want to eventually add in some items later.
Also some collections may contain manually added synopsis and/or poster. To automatically throw away this work is considered bad behaviour.
