Collection sorting is weird now

This used to be sorted this way:

  1. !!!_Based on True Events
  2. !!_Highly Rated Movies

Now it’s sorted this way.

  1. !!_Highly Rated Movies
  2. !!!_Based on True Events

To test this, apply it to the Sort Title. I remember there was a patch that changed the sorting algorithm. I think they changed it from ASCII sorting to Logical sorting. It’s fine. I updated my Kometa scripts; I was just wondering if this works as intended or if it’s not supposed to be like this.
