Collections Broken Samsung Update

Whilst I appreciate the updates to the Plex App for my Samsung TV, the most recent update seems to have broken the Movie Collections. They are present and working on my mobile app and on the web app. However, as soon as I go to Collections via the TV it states that the source is unavailable. This is false as the same source is being used to play content via the Library browser.

Has anyone else noticed this or found a solution?

My app has updated to 5.1.3 and the problem still exists.

The newest Plex update for Samsung has completely broken the subtitles for me. In general my subtitles aren’t available and now you cannot search for subtitles.

Furthermore, when an item is highlighted in any setting the item is black out and you cannot read what is highlighted. Wtf plex

I have exactly the same issue, works from web and phone app, but not on TV.

Ok I googled around, some had the same issue because server was out of date.
I run a Synology NAS and just finished updating to latest server software and can confirm in I longer have the issue on the TV - collections now working as expected.

My app has always been up to date. First thing I checked was this. So I don’t believe it was the issue.

I believe the TV app had a recent update and is now working fine now.
