Movie Collections Not Showing

When I fire up Plex on my laptop and hit my Movies tab everything is fine. I can view my library with no problems. But when I click for my collections it just shows my library. I know I have about 10 or 11 collections such as Marvel, DC, Zombie, Vampire etc,. What’s really odd is if I use the Plex app on my samsung or sony tv the collections are viewable. Any ideas are most helpful

Bug: Why my movies tag‘s library and collections show same content

Settings > Plex for Windows > Debug > Restore Defaults This will reset customizations of the Windows player app (no changes are done to your media, metadata etc).
