Collections Not Displaying

Player Version#: Plex For Windows Version 1.43.3.2951-1d73e3f3

Suddenly, Collections are not visible in my Windows 11 Plex Desktop Player. I must have clicked something as my “Library” is now displayed in “Collections” - with identical settings.

To be clear, the Collections have not disappeared as I’ve confirmed this in other Plex Players. Somehow, I have changed the display settings so that Collections no longer appear.

I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Plex app on my PC but the issue persists.

How do I get to see my “Collections” back when I click on the “Collections” tab?

Try Settings > Plex for Windows > Debug > Restore Defaults
