Collections not in release date order

I have organised my Collections according to release date order in my Plex Media Server (web based on the PC), which shows all files within the Collections in release date order. However when I browse via my Samsung Smart TV, all files within the Collections are according to alphabetical order, which is frustrating.

What am I doing wrong?
