Collections playing in release date order, even when sorted alphabetically

I have collections in my Movies library that I have sorted alphabetically. But when I play the collection, they play in order of release date. As an example, I have a Star Wars collection. When viewing the collection, they are listed alphabetically, but when they play, they start with Episodes 4,5,&6, then 1,2,&3, then 7, etc. This is the order in which they were released. But I want to watch them in chronological order without having to select each one individually. That’s not too hard with Star Wars, but there are other colloctions that are much more difficult. I tried changing the sort names of the movies to be ST01, ST02, ST03, etc. hoping that would override the release date when sorted alphabetically, but it didn’t, even after refreshing metadata. Is there a way to make collections play in the same order they’re sorted?

That discussion talks about getting collections to play in order of release date. That’s exactly what I’m trying to avoid. I want them to play by alphabetical sort order.

Well then, if a fix is found I hope it resolves both problems.
