My library for movies contains every video file and the content that managed users can see is based upon the content rating for those managed users. The main account can see the Collections on both the web view and the Fire TV device which have been generated by the TMDB agent however the Managed User accounts cannot, their Collections tab states there are no collections.
How can I fix this so the Managed User accounts can also see Collections?
Do those collections comply with the restrictions you’ve set for your kids?
If you’re using some of the built-in restriction profiles (young kid, older kid, teen…) – does the collection have an age rating set?
If you’re using custom restrictions – does the collection have the adequate labels or age rating tags?

Yeah that was the issue, none of the Collections had a content rating so I have manually added them. All working now, thank you.
