Collections option not showing up when editing TV Shows

I am using “collections” for Movies.

The problem I have is that when editing a TV Show episode, that under the “tags” screen that I do not
have a “collections” field – I have Writers and Directors but nothing else.

I see in online instructions that Collections should be showing up for TV Shows but it is not for me.

Ideas ?
