Collections Question...

So I’ve got my movies divided up into Movies and Kid’s Movies. Last month, “collections” started showing up in Movies. I went through and removed them, while also changing a setting that made them show up in the first place. This pissed me off because I didn’t turn that option on in the first place.

Now, today, I’m seeing collections in my Kid’s Movies catageory…is there a way to turn these off and remove them without having to go through and delete every collection as I had to do before for my 1000 movies?

according to Plex, the “Use collection info from The Movie Database” is always deactivated by default…

as for deleting them…
when you’re in that library, change to Collections view…

if you have Settings > Server > Library > Allow Media Deletion checked, you should be able to select them all and delete them right from there.
Alternatively you can go collection by collection – however you don’t need to delete the Collection tag movie by movie!
