Collections showing entire Library

Server Version#: 1.41.7.9823
Player Version#: 4.147.0

I tried already the given solution without success:
Reset customizations in Plex Web
Settings > Plex Web > General > Reset Customization

I doubt the player is the problem since I have 3 servers and this is happening to only one of them, the web player is showing the collections correctly for the other 2.

I was using the wrong button!
Settings > Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults
